One of the most important things that a parent can do for their child is to make sure that they have all their immunisations. It is the most effective way of keeping them protected against serious infectious diseases for the rest of their lives.
You will receive a letter from Child Health advising that an immunisation is due. To make an appointment, please contact reception on 01727 832125. Please telephone after 10.30am to avoid our busiest time.
If your child is being brought for an immunisation by someone other than a parent, you will need them to bring written consent from the parent to confirm the immunisation can be given.
