If so, we would like to thank you for your previous feedback and views. This is your opportunity to have a say in the changes and decisions taken within the Practice about the services we offer.
All registered members have access to the Patient Group discussions, surveys and analysis.
If you have not registered to be a member of our Patient Group then we would welcome you to sign up now.
As a member of our patient group we will contact you to find out what changes you would most like to see at this Practice. We will ask questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times, getting an appointment, reception issues or the quality of the care or service you received. You can also get involved with a debate online.
We will contact you via email and keep our surveys short so it shouldn't take too much of your time. You decide how often and when you would like to respond.
We have completed our survey for the year 2011 / 2012, the results and our action plan can be viewed below.

Dear Midway PRG Group,
Message from St. Albans and Harpenden Patient Group (SAPG)
We have been asked by the chairman of the SAPG if any of our members would be interested in meeting representative members of Patient Reference Groups from other local surgeries so that you can compare experiences of the provision of health and social care in our area.
The Data Protection Act prevents the disclosure of our membership details but if you would like to participate and attend a meeting please contact John Wigley (Chair St. Albans and Harpenden Patient Group) who hopes to arrange a joint meeting.
His contact details are: Johnwigley33@yahoo.co.uk
Following the key areas for improvement survey, we conducted a Patient Survey the results of this were viewed by our PRG members and discussed with a forum which helped us to reach an agreed action plan. Please view the Full Report and Action Plan below.
